About Valerie
Valerie Friedel was inspired to refocus her energy on nutrition, healing, wellness, fitness and health after a personal life change. As a result, she developed a renewed interest in seeing others age well and stay strong and healthy throughout their lives.
As a mother of four, Valerie understands the importance of looking after yourself, even when raising children is your top priority.
With a background in ergonomics, systems design engineering, and kinesiology, Valerie is committed to helping people live and work in a healthy way.
