Nutrition Coaching

Eating well and ensuring you are feeding your body the nutrients it needs is essential to a healthy lifestyle. That is why we are happy to provide you with a complimentary nutritional consultation to determine your goals.

We will create a custom plan for you and guide you through the process of creating a food journal. Your food journal will help you prioritize changes to your eating habits, such as drinking more water, consuming adequate protein and healthy fat, or eating more vegetables.

Our system works by implementing gradual changes to your eating habits. We believe that eating well should be a lifestyle change, not a diet. Note: We do not assist with identifying food sensitivities or allergies.

By implementing changes gradually, a healthy lifestyle becomes more sustainable and can be built into your everyday life. Think of it as an improved way of living.

When you work with Vital Active Living, we will meet with you online on a weekly basis to discuss your progress and next steps. These sessions help us identify what is working and what might need adjusting, and our schedules are flexible to fit your life.

Personal Training

At Vital Active Living, we understand that everyone has different fitness goals. Whether you want to train for a race, gain muscle and lose fat, improve your body composition or strengthen and tone, we can develop a fitness plan that fits your needs, your schedule and your equipment.

Our personal training services offer a hybrid approach of in-person and online training options to help you reach your fitness goals.

Your personalized training plan includes:

  • Two in-person training sessions per week
  • Flexible scheduling during the daytime at our home studio
  • In-person session hours: Mon-Fri, 7:45 am – 4:45 pm
  • Hygiene and distancing protocols
  • A customized online training program so that you can do additional workouts on your own
  • Online oversight and accountability
  • Optional virtual training sessions
  • Complimentary nutritional coaching

We also offer semi-private sessions for 2 members of the same family at a rate of 25% off per person.
